Each of our Luso Centres have the benefit of computer rooms where participants are supervised and learn to access the internet and search for information, music and entertainment. Sometimes special projects are undertaken by small groups, teaching participants how to research and deliver presentations to their friends.
SMART boards are utilized daily to teach small and large groups of varying levels of experience. This training enhances cognitive thinking, builds knowledge and develops new technical skills. The SMART Boards are equipped with interactive games to play and participants use either a pen or fingertips to move objects, create stories, draw or watch videos about history, nature or animals. These have proven to be highly educational and useful tools for our participants, delivering much needed training.
